The Obama's Piece of Your Hard Earned Pie

In an April 08,2008 visit to Raliegh, North Carolina, Michelle Obama made a comment in response to a question regarding healthcare that many suspect hints of Marxist leanings. In the spirit of our great democratic system, it seems only fair to post a link to the local newspaper reporting the campaign stop.

"Most Americans," she said, "don't want much."
"They don't want the whole pie," she told the women. "There are some who do, but most Americans feel blessed just being able to thrive a little bit.."
Should she become first lady, she said she'd focus on family issues. "The truth is, in order to get things like universal health care and a revamped education system, then someone is going to have to give up a piece of their pie so that someone else can have more."

Talk radio seems to be the only place that mentioned Michelle Obama's revolutionary view of re-distributing wealth. I could be wrong, but wasn't this system of economics already proven a failure elsewhere? I think it was called Communism the first time around, so I'm eager to hear what spin word the Obama camp will come up with next.
The question remains: America, would you be willing to give the Obama's your piece of pie?
